well I thought I could do it on my own and I was wrong now I gained and I am back at the beginning. I am the heaviest that I have been in years and that isn't good. Well I am now starting over, and I am going to be exercising 20 min a day and easing back into a exercise plan. I am going to be starting at 25 pts a day and easing down to 21. I am going to follow the diet close Mon-Fri and then try my best to follow on the weekends I think I tried way to hard and when I fell I just couldn't get back up.



We were gone on vacation to the lake in May and came back to our house being hit by hail, so I have been dealing with that in a big way.


We have our Cancer walk in Becker this Friday night and then going to the lake with my parents at the lake and come back for the riverfest parade on Sun.
