Up a bit on Friday. I am ok with it for some reason! lol.
Yesterday I made a big cheesecake, and while eating I "sampled" many pieces of the ingredient (peppermint laced white chocolate). It is a holiday cheesecake I am making for us, and also as a treat for my Daughter who had a birthday this week. We are also have some KFC and mashed potatoes! There was a few other snacks that could have happened too, lol. Boys were spending the night and doing a lot of grazing in the kitchen.
Took a very nice bike ride this AM. I have a colleague that works down the hall who just came here from Japan. Turns out he is a cyclist too. So we rode together this AM. He has a single speed cyclocross hybrid deal. Anyway, he cannot downshift and go slow like me, so I went about 1MPH on average faster. Long story short, it was a very strenuous ride, and 23 miles in hard wind. Coming up the last hill I though I was gonna die!
I feel great now! All muscular and everything.
Plus I ate 3 bacon/egg/cheese biscuits! XD
