Starting to see the changes, arms are slimming out face and neck is smaller, pants are big on me to the point im feeling like I'm getting shorter, this is feeling so good more energy, and starting to really like looking in the mirror. I can officially say good by to the 190 range, so close to my first mini goal cant wait.
