Holy crap balls. Yup 4 days of eating everything in my site, no exercise, beer, and anything goes.... phew!! poundage was put on. clearly. did pretty well with food today and just ran a nice amount. felt good. could have kept going but kind of didnt feel like it. haha hate running. back on track though. back on track.
