昨天上班壓力大 早餐吃沒幾口 也沒空出去吃午餐 早餐無糖豆漿和全家夯蕃薯 就餓的時候吃幾口。晚餐吃了咖喱雞肉飯紓解壓力。今天早上有排便後才量體重。
