Small progress, but as along as I’m trending downward, I will happily take it! After a normal day yesterday, it’s time for my second 500-calorie day today, and I find I’m actually starting to look forward to these “fast days,” believe it or not. Never would have thought I would ever say that. It’s just kind of nice to take a break, drink buckets of water, and let everything, you know, process out. ;-) Like a little mini detox. And it feels so good the next morning!
Fingers crossed to maybe see the 160s again tomorrow. When I get there, I’m stayin’!

Good resolve, @freshnewstart! I'm getting close to the 160's myself, and I can't wait. When I get to 170, I'll be at the lowest I've been in 35 years! Let's BOTH get to the 160's and STAY THERE (unless, of course, we decide to go down even more!)

You're a little ahead of me - I'm just at 171.8 this morning. I can't believe I'm THIS close, though! When you arrive at the 160's tomorrow, tell them I'll be close behind.

Good luck! I have been doing 500 calories a day for the past three days. I DO feel better. My desire to 'consume more calories' is totally mental.
