Such a long day yesterday. Was exhausted after work and didnt workout at all. then was roped into a "second dinner" with family. It was at an itlaian place and I really wanted pasta or pizza but i said i'd be good so I got a salad. chef's Salad. (strike one) ate the WHOLE delicious thing. (strike two) with blue cheese dressing -_- (Strike three) but shit if it wasn't amazingly everything I wanted in that very moment. Le Sigh. I'm hopefully grabbing a run before work tonight and being good today so I can pig-out tomorrow and Friday guilt-free :) gah! The bloat this weekend will be ridiculous.....
