Have been trying the IF diet. Intermittent low calorie days (500cals for 2 days a week)with normal eating for the rest of the week. Very easy to plan for and don't feel deprived at all. Working OK so far, weight steadily coming off.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
