Ok, started again with the exercise for fitgirlguide. Both my daughters had complete meltdowns after school last night that drained me emotionally though so I didn't get the exercise in but I promised myself I would do both today's and yesterday's together. Better late then never! PLUS!! I didn't have the drink or bowl of ice cream that I wanted as I realized it was just because of the stress of the moment that I was looking to soothe myself. Small victories!
