OK. How do you gain weight overnight? Experts say that is water weight. And I think it is true. I gained 0.6 lbs overnight, after a day of lower than recommended calorie intake and exercising more than I have done in a long time. I did drink 64 oz. which is 48 oz. more than usual. Ha! I weigh myself on a digital machine, which also calculates BMI, Body fat, Body water, and records on an app called FITINDEX. It did not show a relative increase in Body Water.Anyone else have experience with these? How accurate are they, really?
