Been a while but I am back. Sitting in my WW meeting, waiting for it to begin and thinking, we'll, I'm not perfect, but I'm here. I like coming to the early meeting then I feel like I'm on the right track for at least today. Had a Special K pastry crisp pack breakfast which is 4 points in WW, so could be worse.
