For people who do intermittent fasting, during your eating windows do you watch what you eat or do you eat what you want? I fast from 8pm to noon and I try not to eat more then 1800 calories but I’m thinking about lowering it to 1200
125.1 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 48.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can't lose weight at 1800 calories. I'm 43 and it is just not as easy as it used to be. I try to stay around 1200 but no more than 1500.

I haven’t lost any weight either. I’m 23 I just lowered my calorie intake to 1500 today and I want to slowly work my way down to 1200 My daily caloric intake on average according to fat secret is 1400
