Today is a gym day after work. I didn't get any exercise in on Wednesday or Thursday, and maybe that is not such a bad thing...the scale is ticking downward a bit. I just don't want to not stop the good habits that I am developing and it is very easy for me to come up with reasons to skip the exercise.
I am meeting my husband, and friends, in town this evening too so it will be crunch time, but I will get it all my time in this afternoon.
It was so great to see blue skies and a bit of sun yesterday, but this morning the feel like temperature was 6. I am so tired of this cold. Time changes this weekend...and I am happy about that, but Spring needs to start at least acting like it is around the corner!!
