Glad to see some weight loss today. Been really trying to watch myself...I get bogged down in carbs really easily so I am trying to watch that. I got on the treadmill last night, followed up by some floor exercise. Happy Wed!!!
94.6 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
