No weight lost but see changes. Staying positive
82.0 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great way to look at it. Remember if you lose a pound of fat and put on a pound of muscle the scale will show no progress... but you can feel and see the difference. Keep it up and see what comes next!
