I walked twice yesterday and I ate lots of veggies. I also did 2 hours of housework. I really needed to see a drop so I didn't panic. I am finding the main thing is to drink lots of fluids. Especially now that it is hot. I drank 3 bottles of water yesterday.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
