Summer has definitely not been good to me so far! I am taking a Zumba class and starting to count those calories! Time to shed summer weight and get off all the other junk i was carrying around as well!
99.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have really enjoyed it. I don't honestly think I would do it alone at home. It takes a full class to get everyone pumped! Hope you like it! Dance your @$$ off!! :)
