i wish to loose 1 stone by January 2013. i have started from today and i have 9 weeks my current weight is 8st 10lb and when i reach my goal weight i will be 7st 10lb.
i have split my goal into 3 to make them easier to achieve and motivate me
-Loose 5lb by monday 12 November
-Loose 5lb by saturday 1 december
-Lose 4lb by saturday 15 december
