Not too shabby weigh in today considering....
Entertained some guests this weekend after wrapping up a project. I drank many beers, and ended up with a double whopper. I suppose that is better than some other possible outcomes!
Very little biking has happened, due to my illness (cold & cough) and my dads situation which has thrown me a curveball.
I am flying to Florida tonight to go see Pops. His prognosis is questionable, and being this far away, and out next visit is not for some time, I think that is the right choice. Taking only my Son. Wife and Daughter did a similar trip in the spring for her Mother.
Hopefully my new lifestyle can survive Florida and a massive change to my routine. I looked into renting bikes, they want silly amounts of money. I supposed I could buy a cheap-o bike and ride it to death. I think I am going with option D, just walk or jog. Then all I need is shoes, and not my camelbak, helmet, gloves, etc.
Anyway, NEEDED to check in here. That is a good thing.
