Added a little less cardio and a little more weight lifting to my workout last night. Looks like that threw my body off guard and got headed back in the right direction.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
