I just don’t get why losing is becoming a struggle while I’m eating great and working my ass off. I haven really changed anything from the first 4-5 weeks.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
