I don't know what my problem is. I knew I had to have dinner with family friends yesterday so I worked really hard to have minimal calories up until leaving. Plus I did housework all morning so I was active. Their dinner was very healthy - but I did let myself have a few chips (at least dip was healthy - beans and veggies). Also had a small pina colada, 1.5 coronas. Maybe that was the flaw. And one chocolate chip cookie and a small piece of brownie. I guess not eating much all day doesn't make up for how much I ate later. I really need more discipline in those moments.
