This relapse is brutal.
Tracking every bite this week, hoping to undo some of the chaos. Slowly and surely, which sucks because the huge loss and gain happened SO fast.
51.5 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
