I ate 1/2 a chicken last night, and still lost weight. I sleep less now. I use to need about 9 - 10 hours sleep a night. Now I am good on 8.
90.1 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
