Help! This stubborn weight is coming off soooooo slowly! I watch what i eat, and exercise daily. What is wrong?

I just started hiking, too. I've been sticking to the mountain in my backyard, but I love it. At least, I think I love it. I saw a bear last week, and now squirrels scare me.
Anyway. You've lost 10 pounds in a month?? You're losing weight fast, not slow.
It's taken me 7 months to lose 10 pounds, so my perception might be skewed, but 10 pounds in one month is great by most standards.

You are only supposed to lose about 1 - 2 lbs a week. More than that and you're losing muscle mass instead of fat. I know it's frustrating, but you really are doing GREAT! Keep up the amazing work!

Nothings wrong. Look at your chart, as long as it's headed downward, you are doing it right. Not everyone loses quickly, and many times when you do, it comes back on just as quickly. You are doing fine.
