After a few days of staying the same I finally have a drop, and over those few days 2 inches off my waist.
Almost cheated, so glad I stuck with my program!
Feeling great!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
