have you tried mixing up what you're eating?(eating more some days, less some days, different foods). Sometimes that's what your body needs. Also, try changing up your exercise. Also, have you been to a dr lately? I have yo-yo'ed for the last year and it turns out my thyroid is out of whack(dx as hypothyroid in April). Now that i'm on meds I'm losing slowly most weeks but I AM losing. Just a thought. Good luck!
