Oops! I didn’t exercise much yesterday and I got the kind of results that you would expect. I was hungry later in the day, but had pretty much blown it at breakfast.
50.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
