mulai ada penurunan yg rada stabil walau cuman ons per ons tapi emang ga mau drastis turunnya sioaya muka sama body tetep terlihat normal dan seger .jadi perlahan tapi pasti aja deh.. oya semenjak diet mengurangi asupan nasi magh ku jarang banget kumat. so tetep semangatttt
