WHO HO - Well - I am under 200lb today. 199.5 to be exact. That was my first goal, and I made it in just over 30 days. It was hard, expecially the 2 weeks when I didn't loose any weight at all.

I am glad that I made my goal before I have to stop doing the cabbage soup diet for a couple weeks. My next 'short term' goal will be to STAY under 200lb
90.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I have only been here for a month too, and it has changed my life. I never thought I would be under 200lb again. My mother said 'give up, it is just genetics'. She was fat, her mother was incredibly fat, all her sisters are fat. I didn't want to be...and now I know that I don't need to be. Thanks amanda and datadoll

You will. I just had to find my body's 'prime area' for weight loss, and what worked for me.
