Down a bit today to a good zone.
Resting me legs this week from the bike. I may do some walking the next few days, and I may not! I dont know about these rest weeks, but after riding this weekend, my legs were spent!
Yesterday was homework day, and studied math all day. It is fun on Khan Academy. I need to get crackin' on it.
Did good on eating yesterday, no candy, sensible lunch and breakfast.
