Well, I'm back at it. I just started kick boxing with some colleagues. It is a lot of fun, and the time passes quickly. I wish I wasn't so wishy-washy about losing weight. Deep down I want to do it.......but after a long day teaching, I just don't seem to have the resolve to stick to a plan.
