I am so thrilled with this drop, I am assuming mainly water weight but a pound is still a pound! Makes it easy to stick to this way of eating (keeping at 20g of carbs daily) and reducing sugars as much as possible. If I can loose 11.5lbs in 8 days I can only imagine what the next few weeks will look like!
Bonus: energy is up and I am feeling so much better! No more headaches and generally feeling unwell, I feel amazing!
