Cheese craving hit, don’t feel my best. Going to try again to quit cheese. Let’s say 3 month without cheese. So none until April.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

no cheese? I couldn't do it... I gave up bread and sweets in favor of cheese and bacon.
