My autoimmune kicked my but yesterday. Sore, stiff and painful back, neck, shoulders that drain my energy and makes me want to curl up and hide from the world. I pray for a little respite today. I really need to start consuming fermented veggies and drinks again. I think I have full blown leaky gut, again. That, with this AS disease, is normally when I feel this horrible. On the up side, another 0.4 down :-)
