it has honestly been a hard day. i ate multiple snacks today even though i didn't want to or wasn't hungry, but i need to gain weight! i did zero exercise today as well, which is a good start because i am so obsessed with exercising. i even had a couple of special treats/desserts!! after a difficult day, i am proud to say i have gained half a pound❤️
