No weight loss for 8 days. Feeling better though as bloating in my belly is better although no loss. Tweaked things a bit yester day. I had been fasting. Yesterday drank lots of lemon water Oatmeal for lunch and fruit and popcorn for dinner. fruit for snack. Thanks for advice FS friends🌺

63.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dont gıve up. Happened to me when arrıved to 140. I stucked at 140. Now I am 137.8. Walk, do exersıze , drınk water. And go to restroom. I have a consipation problem. I am taking 500 mg magnesium and 16 oz water with lemon juice. Please,Please, Please !
