I didn’t follow the diet plan over the weekend but got back on track Monday. I was too worried to get on the scale because I knew I had gained weight so I waited until today, I really need to figure out how to stick to the plan during weekends.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
