My weight is not budging! I have been skipping breakfast the last week. I am going to try eating first thing in the morning like I was doing in the beginning. I will see if that will shake my metabolism up a little.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

For me I feel like I have to change my food and exercise routine once in a while! You can and will do it 🙌🙌

Thank you Sweetlysad! I am actually very sedentary. So out of shape. For the weight to come off I am sure I need to excersise. Take a baby step right?! Like I have with this weight.

Yes one day at a time! I don't do alot of exercise .... just started doing 30 seconds planks and I don't walk alot ! I go up and down the stairs to let the dogs out day and night though lol slow and steady wins the race 😄🙌
