I've had an interesting experience this week. I am away from home and although I've been mostly sticking to my eating plan and exercising as planned and I'm feeling good I have not been able to weigh myself. I feel like my clothes are looser and I can see my body changing and going back to my preholiday state. I also find myself second guessing it because this hasn't been confirmed on the scale. I think I may lay off of weighing myself and focus on building healthy habits. Open to any suggestions, if anyone else has experienced this?
