Learned a lesson last night. Keep stocked up on proper foods when dieting. Was so hungry nothing healthy or quickly available. Stuffed what was in the house and went on a sugar binge. Felt unhealthy after and this moring. Yuk!😯 Thawing Chicken today and shopping for fresh veggies.😉
63.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
