兩天沒運動+暴熱量,體重用力彈回來,不過,暈眩的情況也跟著有所改變,然道說上禮拜進度太快身體嚇到了嗎?😂😂😂接下來繼續致力減少體重來回擺盪的情形避免姨丈,不,胰臟被嚇到分泌不正常,反而更難瘦,所以要持續關注身體的反應,找出它最能接受的步調🧐
