i havent been writing down what ive been eating, and i totally had an 'off' week, so the 1/2 pound loss is a very positive thing, especially knowing how i was eating the last week. But i started out today again with a positive outlook, and will write, walk, and drink my water...im counting calories, but obviously the last week i was aware of what i was eating, but not writing it down def makes it add up quick, without even being aware. Back on track!!
