I feel I did well today. was down a pound 7 lbs. total. Fasted 21 hours. Ate chicken, vegie, taco soup with a little cheese for dinner. I Was full and satisfied.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
