Ugh. SO CLOSE. Event though I walked at least 2 mi everyday, I didn't eat perfect over the weekend. I think Im retaining some water too. Still trying for under 200 this week.
Also ate some spaghetti at an Italian Fest this weekend. It almost immediately set off cravings of wanting to keep eating. I stayed the course, but I swear would eat pasta for breakfast this morning if I could. I really want to eat it. But this "experiment" let me know that I can't have it in my diet right now.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
