Hi-low. My average weight is 128. 5' 5"
I have delt with an under eating disfunction for many years. I have been eating more food for 7 months but not healthy choices, proportions or at regular intervals etc. I have gained 20 pounds in 7 months 128 to 148. I am uncomfortable and continue slowly and surely to gain more weight and inches. I am not one to measure or consistently step on scale normally. I can tell by how I look, feel, and the fit of my clothing. Yet I need to start monitoring weight now as two months ago I was at 138 now 148. I know I need to regulate food amounts, choices and regularity. Otherwise I will continue to put on weight. I carry my weight in my belly, waist & ribs. I would be fine if I could carry the weight in my legs, face, bottom etc. Yet my torso is so uncomfortable. The fat in my midsection makes me feel claustrophobic. I just feel and look overweight and unhealthy. I am still not eating healthy! I am eating more often and more food and allowing myself to eat. Yet I must eat healthy and lose weight without falling back into non eating for days etc. etc. I would appreciate support. Thank you. Day 2 log and introduction. Goal: lose 20, eat appropriately and healthy. Healthy lifestyle. Sleep, food, activity, dress, etc.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
