Back from my walk - Day 2!! Thanks to my husband, we walked for one hour, did 3.5 miles/~7,200steps - all before 7AM - yeah!! Now to get the eating part right... Not sure if I'm doing induction or straight into OWL. I have a littl Atkins Flu right now - will need to get back in the groove and let my body adjust.
