The wild and weird world of weight loss. Up a lb to 205.8
Its a freakin mystery. Yesterday I ate chicken,rice veggies for lunch. Rode the bike, was not hungry at dinner, and had a chocolate milk/protein shake. All in all I was expecting a loss, but hey what can you do. Keep plugging on.
Did a bit of homework last night. Classes are getting "busier". I have concerns for my Friday long bike rides which essentially wipes me out for the day. I need to figure out how I can do biking and schooling. My course load is going to be VERY high Oct-Dec. I think i can do it with a bike-eat-homework-nap-morehomework kind of deal.
Anyway, already late and distracted at work.
