Yeayy Alhamdulillah turun lagii, tanggal 19 des masih 52,7 hari ini turun 600gram.
Intinya jangan menghindari karbo agar metabolisme bekerja normal tapi pilih karbo yg rendah gula dan lemak
52.1 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
