Workout #133 of 2018. New PR. Again. This is after nearly a week off due to pain and tightness on back of left knee. It took a lot of restraint to not work out again too early and risk messing it up further. Little tightness during workout, and a few hours later. Some brief left Achilles tightness again while on fast walk of around .3 miles. Workout again tomorrow morning? Probably, if body still feels good, not injured.
